Joshua Tree, CA
The first 12. A rented adobe in the Mojave to test one premise: that founders mostly need a clear room and a hard question, not another framework deck. The room got quiet on day two. We knew.
2025 · Ocean
Big Sur, CA
Twenty-four founders, the Pacific outside the window for three days. The format settled: look back, look out, commit. Six months later, most of the room is still on the plan they wrote on the patio.
2026 · Mountain - You are here!
Catskills, NY
Year three. Twenty-five seats in a lodge above the treeline, two hours north of New York City. Altitude is the point — you can’t plan a life from inside the inbox. Three days to climb out and look at the whole thing.
